Role emphasizes fast, friendly service to boost customer satisfaction, assist with restaurant cleanliness, safety compliance, and maintaining supplies.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone promptly and professionally.
• Assist Floor Manager with voicemails and calls.
• Greet guests, seat them, and communicate server information.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu to suggest items.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety, and report issues.
• Collaborate with bar and serving staff.
