Qualifications

• Age 16 or older
• Age 18+ with valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle
• Customer-facing experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and direct to the correct department or take messages.
• Welcome customers to the dealership and identify the purpose of their visit.
• Direct customers and introduce them to the salesperson.
• Maintain professional, friendly communication with guests and callers.
• Schedule appointments for the Service Department to ensure a personalized guest experience.
• Support customer retention through extraordinary service.
• Use a multi-line phone system to handle high-volume calls.
• Work to meet retention goals using various communication channels.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
