Job summary

Audi Shawnee Mission seeks a dedicated Service Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles, road-test completed work, and communicate status to advisors. You’ll continually learn new automotive tech in formal training sessions and keep an organized shop.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle.
• Audi/Volkswagen experience preferred
• European experience is ideal

Responsibilities

• Complete system diagnostics and full automotive troubleshooting and testing.
• Road-test vehicle to ensure quality repair work was completed.
• Communicate directly with service advisors regarding the status of the service work as well as the estimated time for completion so that customers can be informed.
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Maintain an organized and neat shop area.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.

Your Purpose As An Audi Service Technician
