JARS Cannabis in Chesterfield, Michigan is seeking a friendly, tech-savvy Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers and patients. You will check in new customers, manage POS registrations, and promote the brand while ensuring CRA and state requirements are met.

Successful candidates will be team players with strong communication and organizational skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced retail cannabis environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in retail, sales, or hospitality.
• 1 year of front desk receptionist/administrative experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Verify customers' legal age requirements and register new customers in the POS system.
• Check customer purchasing allotments at check-in.
• Promote the JARS brand and engage customers.
• Welcome guests with a positive demeanor and follow proper greetings.
• Assist with curbside and online orders as needed.
• Answer calls with professional etiquette and provide product/store information.
• Highlight the JARS Loyalty Program and promotions.
• Maintain compliance with Michigan CRA guidelines in interactions.
• Perform opening, mid-day, and closing tasks; upkeep reception area.
• Support store management in administrative capacities.
