Job summary

JARS Cannabis in Okemos, Michigan is seeking a friendly, tech-savvy Receptionist to be the first contact for patients and customers. You will check in patients per state and CRA requirements, create profiles, answer calls, promote the brand, and support store operations.

The role requires 21+ years of age, a high school diploma or GED, and 1+ year of customer service plus front desk experience. Training through JARS University is provided in a fast-paced cannabis retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of customer service experience in retail, sales, or hospitality.
• Must have 1 year of front desk reception or administrative experience.
• 21 years of age or older; ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Check in new and existing patients per state and CRA requirements and create patient profiles.
• Answer phones and assist customers with store information and promotions.
• Promote the JARS brand and support opening, mid-day, and closing tasks.
