Job summary

SteinsGardenCenters in Greenfield, WI is seeking an Associate-Guest Services - Receiving to provide exceptional customer experiences while supporting merchandising and store operations.

You will greet customers, assist with selections, operate the POS, stock and rotate products, and collaborate with the team to uphold the company’s Mission, Vision and Values. Qualifications

• Passion for horticulture, yard/home décor, and seasonal merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly to create a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Assist customers, identify needs, educate on products, and guide selections.
• Support merchandising and operational procedures as directed by management.
• Stock and rotate products; ensure stock levels and proper presentation.
• Operate the POS accurately to process transactions and provide receipts.
• Cross-train across multiple departments as needed.
• Engage in learning sessions and product knowledge meetings.
