Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, hallways and restrooms to create an inviting guest experience.
• Deliver linens, supplies, and amenities to housekeeping staff promptly.
• Assist guests with requests such as extra towels or bedding in a courteous manner.
• Restock carts and storage areas with necessary supplies for the team.
• Communicate with the housekeeping team to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with deep cleaning and other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
• Follow safety protocols when handling cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to supervisors.
