Natural Retreats in Big Sky, MT is seeking an Operations Specialist to ensure guests and owners receive outstanding service from arrival to departure. You will maintain property readiness, coordinate maintenance, and support guest experiences with proactive communication and teamwork.

This full-time role requires strong organization, familiarity with property operations, and a willingness to work flexible hours, including peak-season evenings.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills and documentation.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Outstanding customer service.
• Ability to manage time and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of audio/visual, electrical, plumbing, mechanics and appliance repair.
• Highly self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Promote Natural Retreats locations and services to guests and colleagues.
• Ensure guests and owners receive exceptional service from arrival to departure.
• Resolve guest concerns and communicate issues to the appropriate party.
• Maintain knowledge of destinations and communicate it to guests and other departments.
• Ensure properties are ready and staged per brand standards for arrivals.
• Deliver branded amenities and conduct post-check inspections after departures.
• Oversee maintenance work orders and coordinate with GM/PMs.
• Support guest and owner services and respond to requests.
• Assist with maintenance tasks including basic repairs and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with vendors and track work orders.
