Job summary

Natural Retreats US LLC in Whitefish, MT is seeking a full-time Property Manager to oversee properties and serve as the liaison between homeowners and the team. You will ensure housekeeping, maintenance, inspections, and guest readiness meet brand standards while supporting new homeowners through processes and procedures.

Core duties include maintaining homeowner relationships, coordinating with maintenance and housekeeping, and providing exceptional service to guests and partners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Montana Property Management license or ability to obtain and maintain licensure.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing (drug/background).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook).
• Clear written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the dedicated point of contact for homeowners and manage contractual duties.
• Onboard new homeowners and coordinate property photography and setup.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Housekeeping, and other departments.
• Oversee inspectors and housekeeping contractors and approve vendor invoices.
• Assign charges to homeowners and manage statements by deadlines.
• Prepare for guest arrivals with property walk-throughs and brand standard checks.
• Document operational reports and inspections per company policy.
• Promote Natural Retreats destinations and maintain guest/homeowner satisfaction.
