Job summary

Natural Retreats is seeking an Operations Specialist to join our Big Sky, MT team. You will ensure guests and owners receive outstanding service from arrival to departure, and support property readiness and maintenance coordination.

You will act as a brand ambassador, resolve issues, communicate across departments, and uphold safety and brand standards while coordinating with GM/PMs and maintenance vendors.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively record and catalogue documents.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.

Responsibilities

• Promote Natural Retreats locations and services to guests and colleagues.
• Ensure exceptional guest and owner service from arrival to departure.
• Resolve guest concerns to improve experience and escalate as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of the destination to inform guests and other departments.
• Ensure homes are guest-ready and meet brand standards before arrivals.
• Oversee property inspections and coordinate maintenance and housekeeping work orders.
