As an Educator, you will engage with guests, explain product benefits, and ensure a smooth end-to-end shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and respect guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide product education by articulating the value and benefits of items.
• Facilitate seamless guest transactions and omnichannel programs (BOPIS, phone sales, ship from store).
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage guests and support store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to resolve issues.
• Contribute to an inclusive team environment and collaborate with teammates.
• Establish productive relationships with all team members.
• Collaborate to ensure optimal guest experience and smooth store operations.
• Perform product presentation tasks and restock according to standards.
• Utilize in-store technology to support operations and guest experience.
• Perform cleaning to maintain a luxury store environment.
• Adhere to safety policies and store procedures.
• Work in compliance with applicable policies and laws.
