Job summary

Target is seeking an On‑Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to help guests with a welcoming, efficient shopping experience. You will pick up shifts via the myTime app, attend Welcome orientation, and commit to a short-term training plan to be prepared for daily responsibilities in-store.

As an On‑Demand TM, shifts vary and you are not guaranteed a fixed weekly schedule. You should be flexible, dependable, and ready to engage guests across checklanes, drive-up, and registry services.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly assistance to guests and resolve questions.
