Job summary

Target is hiring a Guest Advocate in West Palm Beach to welcome guests, answer questions, and help them shop with speed and courtesy. You’ll learn about the store’s digital tools, loyalty programs, and easy pickup options while delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

You will greet guests, solve problems, process returns, stock shelves, keep areas tidy, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Strong guest service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, active environment.
• Willingness to learn store technologies and loyalty programs.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the service standard.
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks and needs.
• Engage with guests to help solve specific needs and explain promos.
• Be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services.
• Promote Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up when needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently while following safety standards.
