Chick-fil-A The Shoppes at Bartlett is seeking dependable individuals to join our Front of House team as full-time members. You will be one of the first faces guests see, delivering friendly service across dining areas and drive-thru while working with a supportive team.

No restaurant experience is required; training is provided. This role emphasizes communication, hospitality, teamwork, and leadership as you support opening, morning, lunch, and afternoon shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable and arrive on time for shifts.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Must be at least 18 years old and willing to learn Chick-fil-A policies.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Take and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist guests in dining, front counter, drive-thru, and Front of House areas.
• Keep guest areas clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service.
• Work with urgency during busy periods while maintaining hospitality.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Restock supplies and prepare Front of House areas for upcoming shifts.
• Follow food safety, cleanliness, and restaurant procedures.
• Support opening, morning, lunch, and afternoon transitions.
• Help the team provide an excellent guest experience.
