Job summary

Chick-fil-A The Shoppes at Bartlett is seeking friendly, dependable Front of House Team Members for full-time and part-time opportunities. No restaurant experience is required, and on-the-job training will be provided.

You will welcome guests, take orders, operate registers, prepare beverages, and keep dining areas welcoming. Roles vary by shift, including drive-thru and in-store service, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and guest care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• No previous restaurant experience required.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent is required for full-time employment.
• Must be dependable and able to maintain the schedule and availability as hiring
• Must be willing to complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Take orders accurately and answer menu questions.
• Operate registers and process payments.
• Prepare beverages and other Front of House items.
• Assemble and verify orders before they are served.
• Serve guests at the front counter, in the dining room, and through the drive-thru.
• Support mobile, carryout and other order-fulfillment channels.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and organized guest-service areas.
• Move between Front of House positions as business needs change.
