Chick-fil-A The Shoppes at Bartlett seeks friendly Front of House Team Members for full-time and part-time roles. You’ll welcome guests, take orders, process payments, and help keep the dining area clean and welcoming. Training is provided to learn multiple stations and serve guests with care.

Whether at the counter or drive-thru, you’ll contribute to a great guest experience by working with speed, accuracy, and teamwork. Flexible scheduling supports both part-time and full-time positions.

Qualifications

• No restaurant experience required; hands-on training provided.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver friendly service.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders at the front counter or drive-thru.
• Operate registers and process payments accurately.
• Prepare beverages and Front of House items as needed.
• Maintain clean, stocked dining and ordering areas.
• Support multiple Front of House positions as needed.
• Collaborate with Kitchen Team and leadership to ensure smooth service.
