Job summary

Target in Smyrna, GA is seeking a Guest Advocate to greet guests, assist with product finding, explain services, and process transactions with accuracy. You will help guests enroll in loyalty programs and keep the checkout area welcoming and efficient.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and initiate warm, helpful interactions at 10ft and 4ft.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Promote and explain Target loyalty programs and app benefits.
• Scan and bag items accurately while adhering to safety standards.
• Support drive-up, online ordering, and pickup services as needed.
