Job summary

Target in Atlanta is seeking a friendly Guest Advocate to help guests and make shopping easy, both in-store and via digital services. You will greet guests, assist with finding products, and ensure a smooth checkout experience while promoting loyalty programs and store promos.

You’ll use handheld scanners and the POS system, handle drives and pickups, and work with a team to maintain clean, welcoming spaces. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments.
• Greet guests in a warm, helpful manner and assist with needs.

• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support guest services such as order pick up, Drive Up, and DU returns while following policies.
