Job summary

Target in Marietta, GA is hiring a Guest Advocate to welcome guests and help with product finds, checkouts, and service inquiries. You will deliver a friendly, efficient shopping experience while promoting Target App features and loyalty programs.

The role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced retail environment. Training is provided to help you learn store operations, safety standards, and guest service techniques

• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft with a warm, helpful interaction.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver a great guest experience.
• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the service standard.
• Promote current promos and help guests use the Target App and Loyalty programs.
