Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member in Smyrna, GA. This role offers a flexible schedule where you pick up shifts via the myTime app and may not be on the posted weekly schedule.

You must be reliable, respond to contact attempts, and work at least one shift every 5 months to avoid administrative termination. As a Guest Advocate, you will greet guests, assist with finding items, and handle transactions following Target's service standards.
