Job summary

Target in Knoxville is seeking a Guest Advocate to welcome guests, assist with purchases, explain Target App features, and help with Drive Up, order pickup, and returns. You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment dedicated to accuracy, courtesy, and a positive guest journey.

You will contribute to delivering a friendly checkout, guiding guests through promotions and loyalty programs, and maintaining store safety and cleanliness while supporting colleagues across departments.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests at 10ft and 4ft.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End transactions with a sincere thank you and upsell store services.
• Promote benefits, promotions, and Target Loyalty program registration.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and support other team members.
