Job summary

Dash In is seeking a Guest Experience Team Member to deliver outstanding service in our 24/7 locations. You will greet guests, handle transactions, restock shelves, and help keep the store clean and welcoming.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year of retail customer service, and flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends. Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass background and drug screening; ServSafe and POS familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or the ability to complete our GED program.
• 1 year of retail customer service experience is preferred.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Deliver Outstanding Service: Assist guests with a smile, manage transactions accurately, and project a positive image of Dash In.
• Keep Things Stocked: Restock shelves and displays, ensuring products are organized and accessible.
• Maintain a Pristine Store: Sweep, mop, and clean both the interior and exterior, including restrooms, parking lots, and trash areas.
• Support the Team: Step in where needed, from cashiering to porter services, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Handle Cash with Care: Follow company policies for accurate cash handling and recording.
