Job summary

Dash In is hiring a Guest Experience Team Member in Northern Kentucky. You’ll provide friendly service, assist guests, and support daily store operations in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, and at least 1 year of retail customer service experience. We value flexibility for day, night, weekends, and a background check/drug screen completion.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of retail customer service experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years or older.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Outstanding Service: Assist guests with a smile, manage transactions accurately, and project a positive image of Dash In.
• Keep Things Stocked: Restock shelves and displays, ensuring products are organized and accessible.
• Maintain a Pristine Store: Sweep, mop, and clean both the interior and exterior, including restrooms, parking lots, and trash areas.
• Support the Team: Step in where needed, from cashiering to porter services, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Handle Cash with Care: Follow company policies for accurate cash handling and recording.
