Job summary

Dash In, a proud division of the Wills Group, seeks a Guest Experience Associate in Indian Head, MD. You’ll be the face of our store, stocking shelves, maintaining displays, and handling cash with accuracy to deliver a true “Guest First” experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program)
• 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred)
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, arrange displays, and reach items up to seven feet high
• Sweep, mop, and keep restrooms and store clean; exterior maintained
• Handle cash transactions with accuracy and follow company policies
• Be the first and last person customers see—deliver a true Guest First experience
