Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must have strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must learn and follow all Royal Farms safety processes and procedures.
• Preferred: Prior experience in food service and/or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with product selection.
• Operate the register, process payments, activate fuel or gift cards, and balance the drawer at shift end.
• Prepare made‑to‑order food and beverages per recipe or customer specifications.
• Restock products and ensure products are fresh by checking expiration codes.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the store, including sweeping, mopping, and proper store upkeep.
• Follow all safety, security, and SOP procedures and represent Royal Farms values.
