Seminole Hard Rock Tampa seeks friendly, customer-focused staff to join our team. Strong guest service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced casino environment.
Must be able to interact with guests professionally.

Responsibilities

Coordinate complimentary process with Player Development and other departments.
Maintain knowledge of electronic gaming machines, player tracking systems, promotions, events, and property information.
Monitor activities affecting departmental efficiency and compliance with rules.
Promote the casino by interacting with guests in an enthusiastic, helpful manner.
Resolve guest complaints under direction of Player Development Executives.
Adhere to Gaming Commission and Seminole Tribe policies.
