Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a PBX Operator for the La Quinta Resort and Club in La Quinta, CA. You will greet guests, answer calls, and provide information about the resort and local area to create memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities include call dispatch, concierge tasks, and logging calls in HOT SOS, with a focus on courteous service and accurate information. Strong communication and computer skills are required, with weekend and holiday shifts expected.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls within 3 rings and direct calls, providing courteous guest service.
• Dispatch guest calls through radios or devices to the appropriate departments.
• Provide accurate information on resort outlets, services, and local area.
• Obtain updated information on resort events and answer inquiries about them.
• Log and clear all guest calls in the HOT SOS system and follow up as needed.
• Perform concierge duties including restaurant reservations and resort activities.
