Job summary

Liv Hospitality, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) for WaTiki Indoor Waterpark Resort in Rapid City, SD. You will support the General Manager in leading daily operations, developing high‑performing teams, and ensuring exceptional Guest experiences.

This hands‑on leadership role emphasizes safety, cost control, and revenue growth across admissions, retail, arcade, events, and guest services. The AGM will be highly visible on the floor and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of leadership experience in hospitality or related guest‑focused industry.
• Proven ability to lead teams, coach performance, resolve conflict, and drive results.
• Knowledge of labor management, inventory control, cost management, and operational reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with professionalism and accountability.
• Coach associates, hire, schedule, train, and retain staff.
• Oversee daily operations across attractions, admissions, retail, arcade, and guest services.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and facility readiness.
• Manage labor deployment, scheduling, and cost controls.
• Support revenue growth and guest engagement initiatives.
