Job summary

Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort and Villas seeks a Guest Service Manager who will lead and coach associates across bell, concierge, door and valet services, while overseeing training, scheduling, payroll, and interviewing. This role guides property operations, guest relations and parking revenue, ensuring service excellence throughout the property.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach associates across guest service functions (bell, concierge, door, valet).
• Provide training, scheduling, payroll and interviewing support.
• Support property operations and guest relations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Monitor and improve guest satisfaction based on feedback and service levels.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify gaps in service and operations.
• Act as MOD across departmental operations as needed.
• Oversee parking operations and revenue performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards and procedures.
