Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of food & beverage management experience preferred.
• Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Team player with proven ability to motivate and support colleagues.
• Dynamic leader with clear, concise communication skills.
• Word/Excel proficiency.
• Hotel Hospitality degree is a plus.
• F&B cost control experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with daily operations across the resort’s dining outlets, including Camino Springs Market, Vista Square Kitchen, The Well bar, Palmadoro’s, and In-Room Dining.
• Supporting outlet managers and supervisors in delivering consistent Hyatt service standards.
• Coaching and developing hourly colleagues to foster a positive, engaged team culture.
• Partnering with culinary, events, and front-of-house teams to support seamless service and memorable guest experiences.
• Assisting with scheduling, labor management, and cost controls.
• Supporting new concepts, seasonal activations, and property-wide initiatives.
• Upholding Hyatt brand standards and reinforcing a culture of care across all guest touchpoints.
