Job summary

Buckle is hiring an Operations Manager in Morgantown, WV to oversee store operations, drive guest service, and support leadership in daily duties. The role may include duties of Freight Coordinator and Visual Merchandiser based on business needs and store volume.

Responsibilities include managing promotions, onboarding staff, inventory reviews, and maintaining POS knowledge while adhering to Loss Prevention and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One to three months related retail experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage promotions by educating teammates and ensuring signage is displayed properly.
• Lead onboarding and selection activities including daily hiring dashboards and interviews.
• Complete inventory reviews, year-end inventory and maintain shipment paperwork.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) software and policy compliance.
