Job summary

Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art and The Momentary are seeking Seasonal Event Staff for guest experience operations in Bentonville, AR. You will support events at both venues, assisting with ID checks, bag checks, ticket scanning, and guest inquiries while delivering exceptional service.

Hours are event-based, mainly evenings and weekends, with a focus on a customer-first approach, adaptability, and collaboration with the GEO Leadership and Venue Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Associate degree from an accredited institute is a plus.
• Minimum 6+ months of experience in customer service or related industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Present a welcoming demeanor to all guests and provide information as necessary.
• Provide excellent guest service at locations throughout Crystal Bridges and The Momentary.
• Interact with the public in a courteous and respectful manner while upholding policies.
• Remain flexible and adaptable to situations while maintaining professionalism.
• Observe and report safety concerns in public and non-public spaces.
• Follow instructions and communicate effectively with Supervisors.
• Attend staff meetings and communicate concerns and solutions.
• Be familiar with buildings and grounds to provide information and direction to guests.
• Work at events including concerts, activations, weddings, and festivals.
