Job summary

Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art and The Momentary seek an Associate, Guest Experience Operations to deliver outstanding guest service across both venues. The role includes evening and weekend hours, operating ticketing systems, processing admissions, and maintaining guest safety and satisfaction.

The position supports various entrances and venues, balances a cash drawer, and assists Supervisors with guest services issues while staying informed on offerings and policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Excellent attendance, punctuality, and customer‑facing experience.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends; must be able to multitask and stay energized while assisting guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to guests, members, and staff across Crystal Bridges and The Momentary.
• Assist guests with admissions, memberships, and ticketing options; operate ticketing systems and tablets.
• Maintain safety and security by monitoring spaces and reporting hazards or incidents.
• Balance cash drawer at end of shift following cash handling procedures.
• Assist with staff in answering guest questions and resolving service issues.
• Provide escorts and support during events and performances as needed.
