Job summary

Inspire is seeking a Restaurant Experience Manager to improve guest experience by refining operations, equipment choices, and restaurant design across our multi-brand portfolio. You will translate pain points into practical, scalable procedures and partner cross-functionally with Operations, Culinary, Equipment, Construction, Design, Training, and field teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in restaurant operations, equipment, design, field support, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent field experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify operational friction points impacting guest experience and bottlenecks in service.
• Develop repeatable processes, standards, and checklists across the system.
• Lead testing and evaluation of equipment and smallwares to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Review restaurant layouts to align with brand standards and guest experience priorities.
