Job summary

Inspire is seeking a Restaurant Experience Manager to elevate guest experience by strengthening operational processes, equipment, and design decisions across locations. You will translate pain points into scalable procedures and partner with Operations, Culinary, Equipment, Design, and field teams to drive faster, more consistent service with fewer friction points.

The role reports to the Senior Director of Restaurant Experience and requires 5+ years in restaurant operations, plus a Bachelor’s

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in restaurant ops or related field.
• Experience improving workflows, equipment, and layouts in a multi-brand environment.
• Strong communication, documentation, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify operational friction points impacting guest experience and map actionable improvements.
• Lead testing and evaluation of equipment and smallwares to boost efficiency and consistency.
• Review restaurant layouts to optimize flow, safety, and standard execution.
• Provide field support and document learnings for repeatable rollout across locations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Training, Design, and Construction to implement changes.
