Job summary

Inspire is seeking a Senior Manager, Technology Operations to define and execute the technology operations strategy for a large, distributed environment. This leader will manage multiple teams, coordinate with franchisees and executives, and ensure reliable, scalable operations across brand platforms.

The role emphasizes end‑to‑end technology strategy, vendor management, and cross‑functional collaboration while driving operational excellence and innovative solutions in a global restaurant

Qualifications

• Fifteen or more years of progressive IT experience.
• Ten or more years of IT management experience.
• Ten or more years overseeing collaborative programs with leadership, product managers, and vendors.
• Seven to ten years in a medium to large enterprise environment.
• Expert knowledge of relevant applications and technical platforms.
• Expert experience with Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with at least two other operating systems (iOS, Android, Linux).
• Expert knowledge of ITSM frameworks such as ITIL.
• Experience supporting multi‑modal and geographically dispersed locations.
• Experience building business and technical requirements.
• Experience with AI technology.
