Job summary

Whistle Express Car Wash is hiring an Associate to work on the lot, in the tunnel, and at the vacuum station. You guide guests through the wash experience, help run the site smoothly, and contribute to a fast-paced team environment. The role is physical and outdoors, with a 60-day certification program for new hires.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome Station and Sales Performance: provide excellent customer service, assist with member sign-ups and account management, follow pricing policies.
• Wash Station Service: maintain safe, clean wash area; prepare vehicles and identify preexisting conditions; operate wash equipment safely.
• Convenience Station: engage with customers to ensure a positive experience, manage member accounts, stock and organize detail centers, maintain cleanliness.
• General Duties: open/close duties, maintain tunnel and towels/ supplies, uphold professional conduct and uniform standards.
