Hertz in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver outstanding service, resolve issues at the counter, and drive guest satisfaction. You will act as the primary liaison for Net Promoter Score (NPS) initiatives and coordinate performance actions to improve experiences.

The role emphasizes hospitality, strong communication, problem-solving and leadership in a fast-paced rental environment, with a route to coach staff and uphold corporate policies.

Formación

• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in customer service, with experience in operations and sales.
• Rental car experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent relationship building and leadership skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provides customer service above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention.
• Acts as the primary Net Promoter Score (NPS) liaison for the management team.
• Analyzes NPS results to determine causes and implement improvement plans.
• Ensures adherence to all corporate policies and procedures by staff.
