Job summary

ARK in Palm Coast, FL is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to be the first point of contact for guests, handling late-night check-ins, reservations, and inquiries. You will process payments, reconcile transactions, and assist with group bookings while maintaining high standards of guest service.

The role requires strong customer service skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office; hospitality experience is welcomed but not required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in internet software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong customer service skills with a guest-focused approach.

• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process payments, generate invoices, and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift.
• Perform basic maintenance or housekeeping tasks when needed to maintain guest comfort.
• Assist with reservations via phone, email, or in person, including group bookings.
• Address guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Resolve guest concerns by collaborating with appropriate departments to ensure satisfaction.
