Job summary

Woodspring Suites Canton is seeking a Night Auditor to be the first point of contact for guests and to reflect our property’s vision, mission, and core values throughout the shift.

The role includes greeting guests, answering inquiries about services and local attractions, preparing end-of-day reports, balancing transactions, processing payments, and coordinating with other departments to resolve issues and ensure guest satisfaction. Some light maintenance tasks may be required.

Qualifications

• Greet guests and address inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Prepare and distribute end-of-day reports and ensure accurate accounting records.
• Perform basic maintenance, housekeeping, or laundry tasks to address immediate guest needs.
• Resolve guest concerns by collaborating with appropriate departments to ensure satisfaction.
• Process payments, generate invoices, and balance transactions at the end of each shift.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
• Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
• Hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
