Job summary

The Salvation Army Omaha Kroc Center in Omaha, Nebraska, seeks an energetic Welcome Desk team member focused on hospitality, guest check-in, and membership sales. Qualifications

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

• Upsell programming through exceptional customer service by suggesting programs of interest.
• Contribute to team sales efforts to meet membership goals and engagement.
