Job summary

The Lash Lounge is seeking a motivated Front Desk Associate at our Flower Mound salon. You will focus on delivering an outstanding guest experience, driving membership and retail sales, and efficiently booking appointments in person or by phone.

You will help maintain a welcoming environment, support inventory tasks, and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Training and development are provided to grow your career.

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service or retail sales experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work some weekends and some evenings.
• Experience with MindBody Software is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Increase membership sales and retail sales.
• Greet visitors and provide an excellent customer experience.
• Book appointments in person or by phone.
• Contribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenance.
