• Enroll new members by educating guests on Hiatus Membership benefits.
• Ensure the spa environment is beautiful, welcoming, and aligned with Hiatus brand and standards.
• Greet guests, check in, and provide a tour of the spa.
• Assist guests with next appointments and home-care guidance after services.
• Address guest concerns by handling calls not answered by the call center.
