The Mattatuck Museum in Waterbury, CT is seeking a Visitor Services Manager who will lead the front-of-house team, drive guest experiences, and boost earned revenue. Reporting to the Deputy Director, you will manage six part-time Associates and shape a welcoming, member-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in visitor services, retail management, or hospitality.
• Experience supervising front-line staff.
• Proven ability to drive membership and retail sales.
• Proficiency with POS/ticketing systems and scheduling tools.
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings.
