Job summary

The Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians is seeking a Guest Services Associate for Club 29 at Spotlight 29 Casino. You will provide outstanding customer service, assist guests with membership sign-ups, and answer questions about promotions, events, and rewards.

You will greet guests, guide them to services, maintain accurate guest records, and uphold our service standards while working flexible hours across locations.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Three to six months related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to guests and all other employees by exceeding our mission statement.
• Greet all guests and act as a Spotlight 29 information center by answering guest inquiries concerning casino promotions, live entertainment and special events.
• Act as a liaison between marketing and the casino guest, communicating with both to expedite customer requests.
• Effectively communicate with guests about benefits and rewards of Club 29 membership and assist in creating new accounts.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of all guest files and information.
• Follow all safety policies and attend scheduled safety meetings and training.
