Spotlight 29 Casino in Twentynine Palms,is seeking a friendly team member to support Marketing events and Club 29 membership. You will greet guests, assist with membership enrollment, explain benefits, and answer questions about promotions and entertainment.

The role emphasizes providing five-star service, handling guest inquiries, maintaining accurate member data, and collaborating with marketing and casino staff.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must pass periodic random drug screens.
• Must be able to pass background suitability investigation.
• Must obtain a Tribal Gaming License.
• Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States within 72 hours of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to guests and employees by delivering the Five Star Experience.
• Greet guests and act as information center for Spotlight 29 and Tortoise Rock Casino.
• Explain Club 29 benefits and assist with account creation and information verification.
• Assist in distributing prizes and promotional items for promotions.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of guest files and casino information.
