You will help promote Club 29 membership by guiding patrons through the enrollment process and answering questions, delivering our Five Star Experience to guests and fellow team members.

Qualifications

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
Three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service to guests and all other employees by exceeding our mission statement.
Deliver Five Star Experience to Guests and Team Members by embodying Mission Statement and Service Promise while adhering to service standards.
Greet all guests and act as information center by answering guest inquiries concerning casino promotions, live entertainment and special events.
Liaise between marketing and casino guests, communicating to expedite customer requests.
Promote Club 29 membership and assist in creating or accessing accounts for members.
Verify guest contact information and review account details for status, tier level, and offers.
