Job summary

You will act as a brand ambassador, uphold standards, lead a team, manage P&L, and collaborate with supporting systems like Workday and Aloha to drive improvements and growth.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Open Availability (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate, inspire and develop a passionate team.
• Strong P&L knowledge.
• Able to obtain required certifications/permits as required by state/local law.
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word.
• Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot schedules.
