The role emphasizes inclusive leadership, team development, and operational excellence, including budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring safety and policy adherence. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive strategy, merchandising, and community engagement in our Roseville store.

Responsibilities

• Create and foster an inclusive team environment to support a productive and fun experience.
• Guide team through on-the-floor leadership and performance feedback.
• Help hire and develop a diverse, high-performing team.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and continuous development check-ins.
• Lead guest experience on the floor and address gaps through feedback.
• Make in-the-moment decisions to maintain efficient floor coverage.
• Review store metrics to inform planning and hiring strategy.
• Maintain product presentation and minor visual merchandising changes.
• Open and close the store following procedures.
• Ensure safety policies and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee budget and labor hours delegated by Store Manager.
