Coborn’s in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a Guest Services Manager to supervise the front-end team and maintain high guest service standards across front-end operations, including self-checkouts, bagging, parcel pickup, and click-and-collect.

The role involves assisting the Sr. Guest Services Manager with guest services, bookkeeping tasks, and parking lot areas, in a dynamic, employee-owned Coborn’s environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age; Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front-end team and uphold guest service standards.
• Oversee self-checkouts, regular checkouts, bagging area, parcel pickup, cart room, click and collect, and parking lot areas.
• Assist Sr. Guest Services Manager with guest services operations and bookkeeping tasks.
